This issue is all about summer entertaining and the trifle on the front page is a perfect summer dessert!  Jelly, jam roll, custard and pieces of fruit, so easy to make and so delicious.  Frozen fruit ice blocks are another way to cool down during the summer holidays.  So easy the children can make their favourites.

If you have friends over to celebrate Australia day raid the nearest deli for a selection of cheeses, meats, dip and  head to the bickie lane to complete your table for snacks.
