St Patrick’s day March 17, is the day to plant your sweet pea seeds – a colorful and perfumed addition to have in your garden, fill your home with the bunches of bright blooms.

Hungry? Try the new corn fritter recipe on page 102, a very filling snack for the family.  It takes 10 minutes to mix and 20 minutes to cook.

Still hungry?  Make a perfect sponge cake, recipe on page 101.

Get the wow factor using vibrant throws and bright floral material on couches and curtains. Bright scatter cushions,  eye catching mats or carpets can also bring your room to life. You can paint your walls in cool or soft shades or perhaps vibrancy is more your style; select a piece of furniture, chest of draws or side board and add a splash of your chosen paint palette.

Small steps can go a long way.

The house is your canvas; all you need to do is slowly add to your room until you are happy with your masterpiece.
