Yoga storytime is returning to Dalby!
Children aged 6 – 11 can come to the Library to stretch, breathe and meditate the stresses of school away each Tuesday from 3.30pm – 4.30pm between 5 February and 26 March 2019.
It is well known that yoga has benefits for all ages including:
- building capacity for managing stress and difficult emotions,
- improving concentration and
- increasing confidence and positive body image.
These sessions will be relaxing but fun so click here to book in.
