Description: This is an open-access space adjacent to the main foyer on the ground level of the facility. It is accessible to the public at any time the building is open. It houses the Lake Broadwater Natural History display and users should be mindful to prevent damage to the display when using the space.

It has a tiled floor and is air-conditioned. However, as the space adjoins the foyer there can sometimes be minimal external temperature exchange.

The full height ceiling means this space is suitable for large installations or pieces of equipment whose height may make them unsuitable for other venues.

The room is equipped with free wifi. The ceiling is very high and stretches to the very top of the building (i.e. above the upper level).

The space is also adjacent to a small kitchenette which has a microwave, dishwasher and fridge. The kitchenette can be used with prior arrangement.

Disabled access is via a ramp at the front of the building.

Furniture and equipment available upon request: Tables and chairs; kitchenette facilities may be used with prior arrangement.
