Storytime for Toddlers is held at the Chinchilla Library every Friday, from 10.15am. But from Friday 1 February, we are changing our start time to 9.30am!
Every Storytime session is made up of four components – read, talk, play and sing. Of course reading occurs each Storytime, and the books are carefully selected to reflect the interests and ages of the children that we expect to attend. But it’s the value-adding components that make our Storytime sessions so special – singing songs and nursery rhymes, playing with scarves and parachutes, using props and puppets, experimenting with sensory activities and making crafts.
Storytime for Toddlers is aimed at ages 1-3, however everyone is welcome.
These sessions are fun, free, and delivered by trained staff!
