What’s on in your Community in March

There’s plenty to do around the Wandoan community in March.

March  2  — The 2019 Wandoan Show Society, Showgirl and  Rural Ambassador  Masquerade Ball.  Doors open at 6.30 pm for a 7 pm start, limited tickets available – Reserve your table by contacting by e-mail: secretary@nullwandoanshow.com.au  or ringing 0448274387

March  7 — Baby Rhyme Time with Karen at the Library at 10.00 am

March 4 —  All fire pit challenge entries need to be delivered to the Showgrounds no later than 4pm on Thursday 4 March. Contact secretary@nullwandoanshow.com.au for more details.

March  14 —  Creative Sewers meet in the Club room at the Cultural Centre, bring along your UFO’s, lunch and sewing machine

March  14 —  Wandoan Book Club members meet for an afternoon of lively discussion on our book for the month by Author Kate Morton, The Forgotten Garden.  Members meet a the library at 3.30 pm for cake, coffee and banter.

March 15 — Wire ‘n’ Rust workshop with Sue Pukallus. Join Sue at the Wandoan Library and make a double heart hanging sculpture to take home. Bookings essential, call the library to register.

March 16  —  10th Annual “Lindsay Williams Shield”

March 21 — Baby Rhyme Time at the local library with Karen has been cancelled, back to normal for April 4th and 18th

March 23  —  Wandoan Races at the Wandoan Show grounds
