September 4:  Mobile Women’s Health nurse visiting Wandoan Primary Health Centre, phone 4627 4444 to make an appointment.

September 5: Baby Rhyme time at 10am with Karen at the Wandoan Library.

September 6: Michael Wells visits Wandoan Library at 10am, bringing with him tips on getting your garden ready for spring.  Bookings essential as spaces are limited.  Phone 1300 COUNCIL or register here.

September 6, 7 & 8: Queensland State Polocrosse at the Wandoan Showgrounds.

September 12: Wandoan Bookclub members meet at 3.30pm at the library for cake and coffee. This month’s book is Mini Shopaholic written by Sophie Kinsella.

September 12: Wandoan Creative sewers meet in the clubroom at the Cultural Centre.  Bring your unfinished projects, lunch, sewing machine and join the ladies for a chat.

September 14: Guluguba State School Six-a-Side Bush Cricket Day.  Start organizing your teams for a fun filled day.

September 19: Fun Palace at Wandoan Library.  Games and activities planned for a fun-filled day. Starting at 11.30am–2.30pm.  Stay tuned for updates…

September 21 & 22: Noonga’s Two days Tennis Championships, contact Brendan Leahy (4627 6483) and Mary Leahy (4627 6358) to register your interest.

September 26: Community Funding received through QGC  has allowed Wandoan Health Auxiliary to organise a day of driving training.  Contact Cecilia (4627 4294) or (0427 134 141) to book your place.  Open to anyone holding a current driving licence.
