Yoga for Kids

Are you looking for some after school activities that will kick off the school year on the right foot?

Dalby Library is once again offering Yoga for kids so they can learn some healthy techniques for focusing, relaxing and managing stress and difficult emotions in a fun and supportive environment.

Details:

Time: 3.30pm – 4.30pm

Dates: Tuesdays 5/2/19 – 26/3/19

Who: children aged 6 – 11

Cost: free

Each session will include yoga poses, breathing exercises, meditation practices and story telling to leave the kids with calm hearts and calm minds.
