3D Printing, Virtual Reality & more: Chinchilla Library launches new Makerspace
Whether you’re feeling creative or curious, here’s your chance to test out some seriously cool new technology – at Chinchilla Library’s exciting new Makerspace!
Launching in September 2021, the Chinchilla Library Makerspace features a state-of-the-art 3D Printer, Virtual Reality goggles, and a digital recording studio.
On Friday 10 September, Western Downs Libraries was delighted to launch the new facility with a Makerspace Open Day.
Members from a variety of local schools and community groups – including Chinchilla Men’s Shed, Chinchilla Patches, and Chinchilla Christian College – enjoyed the opportunity to check out the new facilities first-hand.
