National Families Week – Celebrating at Tara
Families are important for helping children grow up happy and healthy. They are vital for the wellbeing of our entire community. National Families Week is held between 15-21 May 2022, and celebrates Stronger Families, Stronger Communities.
To support National Families Week, Tara Library held a family Storytime in Grevillea Park, together with the Play2Learn Tara playgroup. We played games, made craft, and read a fun book about families. Too Many Tickles! by Thomas Taylor is a great book to read together at bedtime. Then, surprise other family members with all the different kinds of tickles in the book!
